Grandview Ladies Probus Club

Mr MARK COURE (OatleyMinister for Multiculturalism, and Minister for Seniors)

——Speaker, I rise to acknowledge the Grandview Ladies Probus Club who have recently celebrated their 30th Anniversary. It was an honour to attend their celebration event at St George Masos to commemorate the commitment of the organisation to our local community. I would like to make a special mention of Margaret Binskin, Betty Lynch, June Kirsten, June Webster and Beverley Stacey who are five of the founding members of the Club. This is an incredible achievement and it acknowledges all of their hard work in building the organisation right from the very beginning. I also wish to thank the executive committee which consists of their President Jenny Crocket, Secretary Evelyn Harwin and Treasurer Lorraine Sellick for putting together this fantastic event. The Grandview Ladies Probus Club is always looking for new and energetic members to join their Club. If you are interested in meeting new people and making positive contributions to the local community, I most certainly encourage you to join their outstanding organisation. Well done again to everyone at Grandview Ladies Probus Club.
