The NSW Labor Government has cut bus services to our local community without any proper consultation.
Routes like the M91, 943 and 944 have been cut or changed entirely and over 21 local bus stops have been removed.
Elderly residents, schoolchildren and people living with a disability have been left with longer and more complicated journeys. In some cases, access to the shops and medical appointments is now practically impossible.
I am calling on the NSW Labor Government to pause these changes, undertake genuine community consultation and ensure local bus services remain accessible and reliable.

The Peakhurst West Pool has been a cornerstone of our community since 1961, built and funded by local residents.
When the NSW Government tried to close it with just one day’s notice, our community fought back and saved it. We then secured $1.5 million to repair and upgrade the facility for future generatiosn to enjoy.
Now, the NSW Labor Government has moved to privatise the pool, handing control to a commercial operator under a long-term lease, putting access and affordability at risk.

We have finally secured upgrades to the intersection of Terry Street and King Georges Road, with a green, right-hand-turn arrow set to be activated shortly.
Local residents have long raised concerns about the dangerous conditions at this intersection, with fast-moving traffic, poor visibility, no dedicated green right-turn arrows, and inadequate pedestrian safety measures.
However, the NSW Government's current timeline is simply too slow. We cannot wait any longer for basic safety upgrades.

To support our local small businesses in Beverly Hills, customers need access to free and easily accessible parking close to the shops.

NSW Labor have axed the Back To School vouchers, a cost of living assistance package that gave all parents $150 per child in vouchers to help with the costs of school supplies, uniforms and technology.
Already families are missing out with cuts to vital cost of living support, cuts to Active Kids, Creative Kids and First Lap vouchers, meaning hundreds of thousands of families are missing out.

Despite NSW Labor promising no cuts to the Active Kids voucher program prior to the election, they are now refusing to rule out axing the program.
This program provides two $100 vouchers to families for each child to assist with the cost of sports.
When many families are already doing it tough with cost-of-living pressures, cutting Active Kids would be a blow to grassroots community sports and put more pressure on the family budget.
Parents will be worse off under Labor's cuts to sporting programs like the Active Kids Vouchers.
