—Speaker, I rise today to congratulate local young entrepreneur Angelica Temponeras, who at just 23 years of age has become the new owner of KX Pilates Carss Park. Angelica purchased the studio in May after previously working there as its Head Trainer. Her journey from trainer to business owner is a testament to her determination, financial discipline and commitment to achieving her goals. Taking ownership of a business at such a young age is an impressive accomplishment. It requires courage, hard work and a willingness to take on new challenges, and Angelica has demonstrated each of these qualities. KX Pilates Carss Park plays an important role in supporting the health and wellbeing of local residents while providing a welcoming environment where members of our community can stay active and connected. Small businesses are at the heart of our local economy, and it is wonderful to see a young person investing in our area and pursuing her passion. I congratulate Angelica on this outstanding achievement and wish her and the entire KX Pilates Carss Park team every success for the future.
