—Speaker, I rise to congratulate a fantastic local business for 10 years of service to our community - Ayam Bakar 7 Saudara in Penshurst! Run by Ridwan and Susan, the restaurant is named after the 7 siblings in their family, serving up street-food-inspired Indonesian cuisine. It has become one of the most popular places in all of New South Wales to eat Ayam Bakar – a type of Indonesian Grilled Chicken. The food is truly superb. I have been fortunate enough to take my family on many occasions and we have always enjoyed a fantastic meal together. You can absolutely tell that it is cooked with love. Small businesses truly are the heartbeat of the St George Community and the backbone of our local economy. With many businesses already doing it tough in the current cost-of-living crisis, I encourage you to get out and check out a fantastic local business like Ayam Bakar 7 Saudara. Once again, I would like to congratulate Ridwan and Susan for 10 fantastic years of service to the local community, cooking delicious and nutritious food for us all to enjoy.
