Jaaks and the Kyle Bay Voted Best of the Best

—Speaker, I rise to recognise and congratulate George Christodoulou and Diana Valsamis, owners of JAAKS Restaurant and Bar, and the Kyle Bay. I am proud to say that JAAKS and the Kyle Bay recently won two awards at the 2024 National Restaurant & Catering Awards for Excellence. What a wonderful achievement! JAAKS was awarded a Gold Medal as the National winner for the 'Best Greek Restaurant' category, whilst the Kyle Bay received a Bronze Medal in the Event/Convention Centre category. I have taken my family to JAAKS on several occasions, and we have always enjoyed a fantastic meal with great views of the beautiful Georges River. I would like to congratulate the entire team from both JAAKS and the Kyle Bay for all the fantastic work they have put in over the years. Hospitality is a key cornerstone of our community and helps to make our area a great place to live. I look forward to visiting and enjoying some fantastic food again very soon!
