——Speaker, I rise to acknowledge the new appointment of Rebecca Pinkstone as CEO of Bridge Housing on the 5th of October 2021. Bridge Housing is a great organisation who do important work in our community as they provide long-term accommodation for people on low to moderate incomes giving them a safe place to live. Speaker, this fantastic organisation has participated in a number of events under their Bridge in Communities Initiative which aims to build community connections and advocate for the needs of the most vulnerable right across the area. I am very pleased to see the appointment of Rebecca Pinkstone as the new CEO of Bridge Housing. She has been a part of the executive management team since 2013, leading successful initiatives such as the Northern Beaches social housing management transfer, using her 17 years' of experience to grow the business by 40 per cent. Speaker, I congratulate Ms Pinkstone on her appointment and wish her the very best as I am sure she has wonderful things planned for her time as CEO of Bridge Housing.
