Baggio Yin

—I acknowledge an outstanding football player in the local community, Baggio Yin. Baggio plays either left or right wing for the St George Saints Football Club who are one of the best sporting teams in NSW. Baggio has been playing State level football since 2016, playing for the Rockdale City Suns and the Under 18's competition for the St George Saints. After finishing fourth on the ladder in 2017, his team went on to finish first in 2018 and the whole team was promoted to the next division. It is for these reasons that I was able to honour him with a Sporting Achievement Award as part of the 10th Anniversary of the St George Community Awards in 2020. These awards honour some of the many individuals and organisations who go above and beyond each and every day to make our community even better. I have no doubt that Baggio Yin will become a big name in Australian Football and I wish him all the best for another strong year.
