St George Community Transport

—I recognise a fantastic community organisation that has been so important for our community, not just in recent times given the COVID-19 pandemic but over a number of years. St George Community Transport is an organisation run by local people that supports the elderly and the less mobile across our region. They truly are an amazing organisation and I am proud to recognise them here today. Last year, I was able to recognise the entire team with a Group Achievement Award as part of the 10th Anniversary of the St George Community Awards. These awards acknowledge some of the many hard working men and women from across our community who go above and beyond each and every day to make our region even better. I was also able to make a special mention of Vivienne Morrison and CEO Carol Strachan who have helped build the organisation and make it the fantastic organisation it is today. Well done to everyone at St George Community Transport.
