—The New South Wales Government is dedicated to supporting local community sporting groups such as the St George Netball Association, who has recently received a $15,500 grant through the Community Building Partnership Program to help build new Storage Facilities. The St George Netball Association organises the local Netball Tournament each year with 11 clubs competing across a variety of age groups and skill divisions. The tournament provides girls with the opportunity from the age of 9 upwards to stay fit and active in a competitive environment with friends. I want to thank the current President, Mr Peter Crawford, and the other executive members, and countless volunteers who work hard to ensure the smooth running of the tournament each season and I wish them luck for the upcoming year.
