Labor Hires More Consultants To Cut Back On Consultants

The Minns Labor Government has once again proven its inability to manage taxpayer money effectively. In a baffling move, NSW Labor has launched the Expert Advisory Network (EAN)— a network of public service consultants—supposedly to reduce the use of external consultants.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Only the Minns Labor Government could think the best way to cut consultant costs is to create a new layer of bureaucracy filled with more consultants.

Instead of hiring more consultants to “review” spending, the government should focus on delivering real outcomes—fixing our roads, improving hospitals, supporting small businesses, and ensuring families receive the services they need.

Labor’s hypocrisy is on full display. While they claim to be saving money, they are expanding bureaucracy and wasting taxpayer dollars.

NSW families deserve better.
